Woo those difficulties are being sorted! saw the council rebuilding the banking and the track today in Llanbradach so hopefully you can travel as usual too. oh seen as your local, did you hear about the armed robbery in philly today? people going crazy becuase of the credit crunch i till you!

I'm studying History and sorry I took soo long to reply ladies, university has been very busy and I'm home now Haha yeah the bank robbery wasn't it love? yeah I heard about that, I used to get drunk over in Cefn Hengoed too as a young one haha good times. Just to let you know that the Monkey Cafe & Bar in Swansea will be hosting two shows and also a WEEKEND of burlesque workshops in November.

The Swansea Fringe festival have asked The Lollipop Lounge to put on two shows at Monkey Cafe & Bar. We will be bringing Missy Malone , Red Sarah , Kitty Kane, and many more to Swansea.

The two shows are scheduled for 1st October 2009 and 3rd November 2009 with the latter being the closing show for the Fringe.

Lastly there is a weekend of burlesque workshops happening in a beautiful country farmhouse with overnight accomodation, full meals provided and an evening craft workshop for only £65.00

DAY ONE:-

Burlesque workshops from Lady Cheek of The Cheek of It School of Burlesque .

Covering classic vintage dance moves, creating a burlesque character, burlesque striptease and the opportunity to perform at The Lollipop Lounge Fringe Festival show at Monkey Cafe

Lunch and evening meal will be provide on Saturday

DAY TWO:-

A workshop from the world famous Missy Malone and Leyla Rose . Covering shimmy shaking, bump 'n' grind and fandance techniques.

Plus one more workshop to be confirmed

Breakfast and lunch will be provided on Sunday

ALSO:-

Weekend attendees will also get the chance to participate in an evenings activity session included in the package price.
