The 'Burley is Back! November 27th Rockaburley presents Bad Girls of Burlesque!
Rockaburley is back after it's hiatus with...
ROCKABURLEY VIII: BAD GIRLS OF BURLESQUE
An all female cast of heartbreakers, villainesses, and cold blooded bitches. Sexier than the one that got away and more trouble than all your exes rolled into one easy to hate, easier to love package.
We'll be featuring The Rockaburley Girls: Cat Aclysmic , Daiquiri Dusk , and Miss Hell's Belle , and the diabolical Malady de Winter plus the epitome of the bad girl herself, the girl that broke a thousand hearts (and about five arms), the burlesquer they tried to ban : Leyla Rose! Of course the whole shebang will be presided by the Siren of Scotland, our own sultry singer and compere extraordinaire Lucille Burn - hold on to your hats men or you're going overboard! We will be holding the amazing DJs from Glasgow's best rockabilly club night All Tore Up in our sway while they turn out the best in classic rock and roll, not to mention exotic fan dancers, cupcakes and a whole lot more!
So start thinking of your favourite bad girl/boy to dress as now, whether a true villain or misunderstood angel, we want everyone to dress up as their favourite anti hero - from The Vamp to Vampira; Matahari to Rogue, Bonnie and Clyde, Poison Ivy, Salome, and yes even Katie Price we want everyone to put on their worst face and join us for a foray to the dark side.
.
Love and rock'n'roll (and evil),
Cat Aclysmic and Daiquiri DuskWARNINGWarning: This is an Old Thread

Hey Kittie, glad you like the theme! I'm still trying to figure out my pre/post show outfit... there are so many rebel girls to choose from. At the moment I'm tied between Durham Red or Wallis Simpson
.
Tickets will be available from next week via Ticket Scotland Office or Ticket Scotland online and from our lovely new sponsors Beautifully Boudoir on Great Western Road, as well as at Classic Grand and on the door at the night.
All the best,
Cat Aclysmic

Tickets are now available for Rockaburley VIII: Bad Girls of Burlesque ! You can get them here Tickets Scotland or here Classic Grand - listing.
For those of you that don't know this Rockaburley is dress to oppress: the theme is Bad Girls so think Femme Fatality and give your favourite anti hero or dark alter ego a chance to have a night out. Best idea we've heard yet is a possible Maggie Thatcher... we can't wait.

I shall book tickets for this show promptly. Now what to wear as usual? I really must expand my wardrobe in some way other than in the waistline.
