Thread: Anyone for T? Dr Sketchy Glasgow hits T in the Park!

For those of you who are ardent summer festival goers, we are delighted to announce that Dr Sketchy Glasgow will be part of the T in the Park 2010 line-up!

As part of Arches Off-site, three artists and companies will be taking their work out of the subterranean recesses and into the sunshine for this year's T in the Park festival.

Glas(s) Performance will be presenting Tea for Two which they have already taken to supermarkets, universities, car parks and more. There's no agenda, it's what it says on the tin. It's a portable tea party and what they hope for are some really interesting conversations.

Proudexposure will be presenting Head to Toe Makeover in conjunction with Conflux. Ever wanted to be transformed into your favourite piece of modern art - Warhol’s Marilyn, a Mondrian masterpiece, or even a Jackson Pollock? With the aid of make-up, hairdos and costuming, the Makeover team can turn any casual passer-by into a stunning icon, and in less than 20 minutes.

Get your pad and pencil out for Dr Sketchy's Anti-Art Class, who complete the trio, with an alternative drawing class for the whole family. Featuring performances from Rufus T & Mia Meow, Daiquiri Dusk , The Not So Impressive Ben and The Creative Martyrs. Hosted by Lucille Burn with stunning musical accompaniment from Chris Gorman.
