Ouchy as in if you're feeling sqeamish you can delude yourself by going: "What a clever trick, that would really hurt if they'd actually..."
Seriously, Chrys puts on an amazing show. Last time I saw him my mother was there to see my show and I did have to take her outside... But then maybe that was just because it was the first time she'd seen me
If I wasn't already in Berlin, I'd be taking a trip down for this one - it's something stylish, unique, and genuinely funny.Notorious burlesque terrorist

Aw thanks for thinking of me, hun!
I'd love to come along, Kabarett's always a blast whether a audience member and performer and the line-up look amazing!
I might not be able to stay out hugely late afterwards unfortunately
(that weekend's turning into a very busy one for me - I'm
performing
in Glasgow on Saturday and then back in the Voodoo Rooms on Sunday for the Loveboat Cabaret, so I'll be needing to catch some sleep at some point!
) but I'm certainly up for yelling my appreciation at the show itself!

Ladies it would be a delight to welcome you and yours to the show, every performance will be one of freakish delight and we have some impressive visuals to accompany, which I'm mighty proud to have created.
Less than 3 weeks to go, eep!

Very much looking forward to this one. Chrysalis, Cat Aclysmic and The Creative Martyrs on the same stage? Hella done!
'Was lucky enough to work with Chrysalis at one of the first Kabaretts' and can verify that his shows are truly something to behold; squeamish or not.

As if you haven't enough reminders here already ...
Kabarett is back tomorrow night & to understate, I'm rather excited!
The Skinny have published some of mine own words alongside some super complimentary ones of their own on the skinny blog here: http://www.theskinny.co.uk/blog/2-th...valentines-day
From 7.30pm we'll be in the Voodoo Rooms' speakeasy for our battle against schmaltzy valentine celebration with our parade of freaks. We have some gloomy valentine's animations showing from 7.45pm & the first human oddity will take to the stage at 8.30pm, we'll be rallying freak-filled support right through to 1am (with the show making way for dancing at 11pm).
Tickets available on the door at £7 (or £6 +bf in advance until 4pm Friday evening at: http://kabarettfreakshow.eventbrite.com/.)
Get your freak on, or get on your freak!
If you're coming and are a fellow facebook user, please RSVP here:
