    Default New years eve?

    Hi,
I am venturing up to Scotland for New Year's. Does anyone know of anything going on in the Edinburgh region at all next week? Any meet up's or any good shows on?
I'd love to do something other than visit family whilst up in the area! ... no offense to the family intended!
    Cheers,
    Sammy xx

    Hi Sammy!

I shall be through in Edinburgh for NYE! I'm performing at Confusion is Sex @ the Bongo Club prior to midnight & at VaVaVoom! @ Electric Circus in the wee small hours of the morning. Both are club nights rather than burley shows but they both feature live burlesque performances.
I believe Vegas! is also on in Edinburgh....

    Thanks Daiquiri
I've just looked them up... The Bongo Club sounds good, and only £10 a ticket on NYE isn't bad either!
Your Cadillac car wash routine sounds intriguing! And there is some other good acts on too.
I may well see you there.
    Thanks hun.

On the other side of this coin, or at least the West coast i.e. Glasgow, does anyone have any suggestions for Hogmanay in Glasgow this year?

    Many thanks

Sorry mate, I would offer you a bed at ours so you could enjoy the delights of the capital again this year, but we are called to family duty this year, so we are Stonehaven bound....

I can recommend all three events over this side of the country, and I will be envious of all that get to go play at them!

Vegas is looking more likely for Suzuki and I this year. It was a great night last year and should be every bit as good in 2009.
