Default Burlesque in todays "Metro" newspaper 12 Nov 09.

Passed to me by Suzuki Sparks on a failing phone line this morning - apparently the Metro free paper in the Glasgow area at least is carrying an article which includes our very own Creme de la Cremation and possibly others. Like I say, the line was failing and Suzuki was going into a meeting.

Time for a little update I feel. Suzuki managed to get a copy of the paper and indeed Creme gets a mention but no picture. The article is almost an advertorial type thing for the "Granite Garters" Charity Calendar for Papyrus the "Prevention of Young Suicide" charity and also manages to make "The Sun". Calendar thrills for 2010 | The Sun |Home Scotland|Scottish News

I'll see if I can scan in the Metro article later.

Yes, yes - the lovely ladies up here have organised a calendar to raise money for The Hero Next Door. Great cause and run by a wonderful lady.

We got a wee mention in the Sun, few pics and mention of myself, Ruby, and Creme in the Metro, and a full page with tons of pics in The Daily Record. Felt icky buying it, even if we were in it...

Anyway, the calendar is gorgeous and everyone has put so much work into it!

    You can buy it here:

It would make a gorgeous present!
