Thread: Strictly Come Dancing!!

Ooooh......great idea, Bonnie Langford would actually make a great judge on Strictly. She is very bubbly and cheerful as well as having bags of dance experience . I would actually respect her professional opinion.

I just can't face the prospect of Alesha's pathetic, cringeworthy, comments for the rest of the series!!!

I couldn't agree more with this! I just think that Arlene knew what she was talking about because she has had such a long professional dance /choreography career (Hot Gossip anyone?!) Arelene would give some amazing constructive criticism that DID help people improve! I feel a little bit let down that the BBC caved into sex pressure! Booo for them! Bring back Arlene!

Also! I can't believe Alesha voted off the guy who mentored her! Poor Matt!

I don't have a TV but I remember visiting my relatives when the second series was on & I was glued to it.

I think I need to start watching it again. Did anyone watch Come Dancing? I have childhood memories of watching that with my Nana.

Panic ye not, dont know if you noticed but on last nights show brucie said that darcy bussle would be the judge from the quaterfinals onwards, so at least the finals will be judged by a dance legend!

Omg! Strictly IMO is the best show on TV, I've been waiting all year for it to come back on. I live the dancing and the costumes, its all so fun and glamorous!

I agree that the show is sorely lacking now that Arleen is gone. Alesha seems like a lovely girl but really what dance knowledge does she actually have other than her limited experience on the show?

Bring back Arlene I say!

Arlene is on grease the school musical and shortly on the uk version of so you think you can dance , I dont think she'll be coming back I'm afraid guys

i love strictly, especially the costumes! i never watched it properly on saturday as i could only put it on when my b/f went for a smoke lol! i'm not going to comment on how Alesha did because, i never actually saw any bits where she was judging but, i don't think she will be any where near as good as Arlene for the simple fact that she can't comment on technical ability. it's kind of like BGT when they brought in Kelly Brook, sure she is absolutely stunning but she is a terrible presenter and not the most charismatic person! i do feel a bit sorry for Alesha though as she seems really nice.

ROFL! That's pretty insightful. I did love the costume but there wasn't exactly much of it.
