Naked!!!
The show on BBC3 that is! Despite the title it's actually been quite interesting with the various ways they have been working on low self esteem et al. Anyways the culmination of the show is tha participants have to do something nekked (or semi-nekked) - be it a photoshoot or catwalk show and next weeks is a burlesque show

I want a crocheted bender! er that doesn't sound quite right...
Been watching the show, I love Jonathan Phang. Have been watching it because it shows the burlesque clip in every episode and so far hasnt happened in the ones I've watche dso looking forward to next weeks.
It's been really interested and made me question a few things about myself.
Theres no way I'd abseil in the dark though.

I think it's been BBC cashing in on Gok, and while Gok's 'how to look good naked' takes place over a number of weeks, Gently coaxing people out of their shell, this takes place over 4 days and appears to little more than bully people into the challenges on the basis that 'it's for your own good'. Telling them at the outset what they're going to be doing in several days time will only serve to increase anxiety. But hey, it makes good telly and adds to the 'will they/won't they' tension.
I'll have it on the telly in the background, but I'm not particularly enamoured with it.

I LOVE Gok. he's so much nicer than Trinny and Susannah, and is so genuine. The women he's helped really do look so much happier - I don't think you can fake that. I didn't know the new series had started though - when's in on?
I've been trying to get in his 'Naked Army' for ages but so far, no good.Twirly, whirly, sparkly, Oooh!

I would sell organs to be Gokkked, I really hate never having clothes I feel confident in and think with my body I could be his trickiest challenge yet.
But its not the naked bit that would get to me just the fact you have ot do it in bright lights in the middle of Bluewater shopping centre.
