Are we just thinking of food?

How about pink lemonade, pink champagne or grapefruit juice.

    As requested

Recipe for Pink Cakes (Roze Koeken) - I must say after reading the recipe carefully, they sound more like big cookies than small cakes...!

    This is for 7 pieces.

    80 gram granulated sugar
    80 gram egg
    80 gram all purpose flour
    2 tsp grated lemon
    pinch of salt

Icing: the amounts will vary according to how big your cake forms are. An indication:

    175 gram powdered sugar
3 tsp (dark) red lemonade syrup

Mix the soft margarine with the sugar, until the sugar has solved. Add the eggs one by one, stirring well inbetween. Add the all purpose flour, lemon and salt. Fill the greased forms (They mean these: http://home.planet.nl/~sar00143/pict...eken%20-02.JPG ) with about 39-41 grams of the mixture. Put them in the oven for about 12-15 minutes on 180 degrees C. After taking them out of the oven, let cool whilst you make the icing. Put the powdered sugar and syrup in a bowl and mix well. When cooled down you can put the icing on the cakes and even it out. Let the icing harden for about an hour before consumption.

I hope that was clear! And I hope that the recipe actually works, too, haha!

    Hiya,

This is a great website for special baking extras, I always use it for my childrens parties. They do all sorts of hard to get ingrediants such as edible cake glitter in all different colours, this looks so good on cakes.

Hope you have a great time and make lots of money for the charity.
