    Default Inbox technical help please

    Hi!
I have got lots of lovely messages in my inbox and I don't want to delete any of them but I've been told it is almost full. What do I need to do to save them?
I saw at the bottom something about text and lots of letters but what do they mean and where do they get saved to?
    Thank you!
    xx

TEXT means notepad so if you click on that you can save it as eg' My Mail' and put it on your desk top or 'my docs' - this will just record you emails you won't be able to search them but they will all be there. CSV is basically Excel spreadsheet you can save the same way. You should I think be able to import this possibly into a mail client if not it can be sorted by sender / date etc - as its a spreadsheet. Hope this helps

Yes but effectively they are within a document - imagine all your emails in a word document. Depending on how many you have you may prefer CSV - if say you have 50 plus at least you can sort them etc.

If you click the csv link it will open excel with your emails in so you can see - you will need to drag the box with the text in to see all the content -

Personally I would use notepad (TEXT) as Excel is a bit Naff with lots of text - best really for numbers. PM Me if you are stuck!!!!!!
