    Default Choppity chop chop

Well, after my other little thread about starting over I've found a renewed energy and decided new start = makeover!!! first thing to go is gonna be the hair this time tomorrow I'll have swapped my shoulder length black hair for a rather fab razored bob! Am I mad? who knows but it feels good to take that gamble

Very brave! I often think of radically changing my hairstyle, but I've had long hair for so long now that I think it would be too much of a shock to my system!

i've just had my hair bleached white and cut into a bob, considering my hair was a really pretty sun kissed colour and way long down my back - it is quite a change, but i love it! I feel like i've bleached and chopped at some
bad ju-ju. It' way more up keep and harder to style, but meh it grows back! so do it!

I have been threatening to dye my hair platinum or white blonde for the past year. It's naturally a very mousy dark dirty blonde but I have now been dyeing it black for a few years.

People said I would probably be able to pull it off, but the first problem is the black dye! I didn't want to strip the hair and go through the orange stage so on a hairdresser's suggestion I stopped using permanent dye and allowed it to grow out, and topped the roots up with semi-permanent seeing as it starts to look crap roots-wise after so many washes anyway! Just waiting for it to grow out enough really.
The second problem is that I debuted my Kari de los Muertos act which looks best/more "Mexican" with loads of wild black hair and extensions. Maybe dyeing it blonde would totally ruin the effect!

I am still determined to have the hair overhaul at some point, but I am scared to ruin the look of my favourite act. Maybe this year I will be brave and go blonde! I agree that changing your look and having a really REALLY awesome haircut can make you feel instantly amazing.

I changed my hair in the summer from small-of-back length to just under the ears.

It was the best thing I'd ever done. I hadn't had my hair cut properly in about 5 years- and a lot of things had happened in those 5 years!! It felt liberating to get rid of the hair that had been there through so much and, like Pixie Charm said, I felt like a new person! I'm never growing it long again.

I reckon you'll feel amazing afterwards- make sure to post photos when you're done!

    wigs!!
having a selection of wigs for acts, means it doesn't matter what your hair is like!
