    Default Glasgow drinks?

Anyone fancy a drink tonight in the glasgow area? I thought an event was on but I got my dates mixed up, now I'm all dressed up with no where to go.

I was all ready to go out after work too. I got asked by a friend if I was going to the Glasgow School of Art degree show but it's ticketed tonight and my dad never got the tickets like he usually does. I thought maybe that friend had a spare ticket, but never heard back so I headed home to the sticks.

I would totally join you if I didn't live 20 miles away.

I physically couldn't get there. The train station is 2 miles walk away, and by the time I got the last train to Glasgow it would be time to go back on the last train OUT of Glasgow.

Every time I do go out in Glasgow it's some sort of elaborate plan with lodgings booked and everything. There are so many other good nights coming up. Still tempted to cancel my holiday for Rockaburley and the cabaret festival but I'd have to plan places to stay/last trains/designated drivers. *gets sore head just contemplating it*

PS. "Huns" always makes me think of Mulan the disney film.

Not strictly true, I know how to get to waterstones and newlook and how to get over to the student quater, but other than that, fish out of english water.

Hopefully we'll be getting in about 5:00 - 5:30, however I have a car full of performers, so I think it'll be straight back-stage as soon as we get there! No munch for me..... :disbelief:

Still, if you see me come and say hello. If I'm allowed to stop skivvying for my wonderful better half, I could always use some company on my now traditional sweetie run to the shops!
