I am checking out a few steampunk performers for my Big Chill show..

so who else is going ?

I can't decide whether to go full works fancy dress or just a little . .

Why, surley you should wear an entire clockwork outfit festooned with cogs and festhers. It should aslo have a steam powered mini-traction devise so you don't actually have to walk anywhere, but are propelled daintily along on pure whimsy.......damn I wish I could go along to this, Steampunk rocks!

Made the expedition down from Edinburgh for this, and it was well worth it - an amazing night, would go again. The Scala is a fabulous venue, the crowd had made a real effort, turning out in some really elaborate costumes despite the summer heat, and the acts were great. I'd particularly like to see The Correspondents come north for one of the big club nights up here.
