Thread: Birmingham Meet any time soon?

Soon I shall be leaving for the north, and was just wondering if there is anything burlesque coming up in Brum anytime soon, so I can natter at people before I go.

I can't make it to silk stocking this weekend:cry:as i'm in work all day, and I can't afford it, as I don't get paid till Monday (bloody council)

Any Ideas?

Tempest I couldn't let you do that. I have the money in my paypal account to buy a ticket, but I have nil moneys in the bank for getting drinks in etc. v.rubbish. Plus I have to start packing this weekend, boo!

You are indeed a bloomin' marvel. I'm sorry, I was drunk. :duck: And I get a bit blunt when I'm drunk, which is why I try to step away from the keyboard when I see the bottom of a bottle of vino. it doesn't always work though...

But I meant every word, and still don't have any truck with the 'modesty' nonsense about being skint on what is potentially, a last night out amongst friends. There are friends of mine who wouldn't let me get away with that, and I won't do the same.
