Oooh a girlie meetup!
Southampton on November 29th is grand. There is a sexy little teashop called Hallidays that is not far from the station. Hope I can invite myself along - I'm really keen to meet other burlesque -y ladies and learn more about what's going on in our area

Panic! Ok, deep breath and calm. Suggestions for a new date?
Where are you performing on 29th December? I can't find your video on myspace by the way.
LusciousK, Hallidays sounds lovely! Where is it? I have PM-ed you too but didn't read this thread first.

29th November.

I'm performing in Stoke on Trent at a Victorian themed event
The video is on Youtube. It is really really dark and a little squashed though. I think Mr C has completely forgotten about it, although I keep reminding him. Men, eh?Snowflakes and Sparkles

Oooooooh babe!!!!! That event is one I was enquiring about performing at but not sure if my cat routine will be ready in time. I would LOVE to do it if you are going to be there - will be soooooo much fun!!!!!!!!!!! Will PM Rosie again and see if she's still interested. Will have to get a wriggle on to finish my routine though!!!!!!!

Southampton meetup!
Southampton on Saturday 29th for lunch would be ideal. Hallidays is great as you could just have tea, or tea+cake, or lunch, or whatever. I could try to reserve us a (big!) table. There's also a Caribbean place called Coco Rio, also not far from the station. The food there is gorgeous and really inexpensive - swordfish nicoise salad for £4.95.
The train travellers could meet at the station and then find the drivers at the venue.
I think Saturdays are probably best for us 9-to-5ers...
How does November 29th lunch sit with everyone else? I think, from experience or organising many, many lunches, it is best to set a date and all the people that can make that will come, and then we agree it's a big success and we'll do it once a month or every other month, etc. So anyone who cannot come along to this *first* meeting of the burlesque minds will not miss out - there will surely be another one.
Really looking forward to meeting everyone!!!

The place does sound great. And LusciousK's idea sounds good. What does everyone else think?
It would be so exciting to meet you all!
