Thread: scottish get together, how about it?!

i saw how popular the brum meet-up thread was and there are lots of folk from scotland on here so i was thinking how about having a wee get together? i was thinking if any of you are going along to missy and leyla's class , on saturday 29th november, we could meet up a few hours before it starts for tea/coffee or maybe booze for those who need a bit of dutch courage or if that isn't possible some other day, a saturday is probably best for everyone isn't it?

hopefully you won't all think im a nutjob lol! i just think it would be nice to meet fellow burly girls and guys

fantastic idea - I will be at the Missy and Leyla class so can meet up then. For any other dates I'm in Edinburgh but if its in Glasgow I'm happy to drive fellow Burgers through in my class Skoda.
I'll be free after the craziness of Fanteaseya is over - so much to do!

Wonderful idea Miss Kittie ! I'm definitely going to the class , I'd love to meet up a few hours before it starts! I'm going to avoid the booze though, cuz I'd end up pished and unable to walk in a straight line nevermind dance in heels!

woohoo! well the class starts at 4pm so how abouts we meet at say 2pm? that gives us enough time for some refreshments and a natter no idea where to go though! i usually just go to costa when im in glasgow.

2 sounds fantastic - I don't really know Glasgow so I'm not hot on suggestions of venues....

how about meeting here then? we are going to have mucho fun woop! i am going to have to make a concious effort not to swear though cos i've got a foul mouth on me and i wouldn't want to offend anyone!
