Thread: Burlequer returning from the Armed Forces

Hi everyone,

I live in Teesside and have been looking for a burlesque night I can get my teeth into. I've recently left the Royal Navy, and I so want to release my corset clad self from the restricting uniform!

Ideally I would like a 'buddy' to take me under thier wing, so to speak, and show me the ropes, ...chairs, feathers etc...

I've seen various web pages, however, any that have seemed of interest haven't been updated since November 2009 (at the earliest). Are there any decent nights coming up this month?

I'm not really sold on the darker, fetish side of Burlesque , but I do have an open mind and I do find it interesting. I prefer the cheesecake, vintage , 'golden age' side.

Can anyone help??!!
