Hi Tip Top Photography,
I can recommend someone for your Fascinator, although I'm not sure if she's a mob member! RachieRoo on my myspace top friends.
She's looking for some exposure (no pun intended), having graduated this year in theatre and costume design with a very respectable degree she's specialising in fascinators and I do believe she's just made some using old records, so I think this would be right up her street.
