Biography

We are Femme Ferale, a dynamite burlesque duo, who aim to blow the socks off traditional burlesque whilst staying true to the raucous spirit of vaudeville.

After winning Best New Troupe at London Burlesque Festival, we have travelled to New York, Rome and Oslo to perform. We have also bought our acts to many of London’s esteemed cabaret venues, such as Boom Boom and Bethnal Green Working Men’s Club, as well as more alternative events such as Bestival, Secret Garden Party and Glastonbury festivals.

We are also known for co hosting the best show in the world, like ever, Underground Rebel Bingo Club (which took us to Las Vegas for a 2 month residency) and running a games night, 'For the Win!' with the hilarious Robin and Partridge.

We have an array of acts and rather than following the trend of slow paced striptease, we place emphasis on titillating, high energy and lovingly choreographed dance routines; each act different from the last.

By using a variety of music, spanning from salsa to punk, we are extremely versatile. You may find us playing a game of cat and mouse (or in our case leopard and zebra!) in the Serengeti one night, and then shimmying balloon clad to calypso the next. What strings all of our acts together though is the vivacious attitude we bring to each performance.
