When I go to my nearest one (not the MoB one yet, that's going to be an early bday present!), I'm just planning on tracksuit bottoms (if I can find some long enough) or shorts and a sports top and trainers. May bring heels with me in a bag, just in case. I'd think comfort would be more important so we get used to the moves etc.
I think for the MoB one (I might be confused!) they recommend bringing heels, gloves and a coat?

Hello Kitty, I had my first lesson today and had the same problem, I had no idea what to wear! I wore my favourite heels as they are comfortable and I'm used to walking in them, the rest was just a costume I feel good in which also allows me to move about. Think movement and comfort for your first go!
All the best
Miss F.F.
