My only concern would be public transport on a Sunday as buses are so infrequent. Do you have any idea where it might be held? Also, how long will the workshop be?
I'm going to repeat myself here and say thank you so much for organising this; you are a star.

And I just hope it goes well - but thanks for the praise

Same problem with the Sunday here. I generally can't leave the house on a Sunday as local buses are every two hours. Everything needs to be so meticulously timed unless I want to get taxis.

Thanks to Gypsy being an absolute star, there is the possibility of Saturday the 18th of April (have to find a studio). How's that date for everyone?

Minstead Hall is very reasonably priced, trouble is it is so inaccessable being in the forest. But if you met centrally, and car shared that would make it much more interesting. The hall is situated on the west bound side of the A31, about half a mile after leaving the M27. You just take the first exit off the A31 and it takes you straight there, well as straight as forest roads go! The hall itself is very impressive,
here's some links.
