Yeah, disappointing that the British one's not as good, love the American one though! Tyra's the best thing about it - is there a situation she doesn't have a personal experience based anecdote about?!

Thanks so much for all your advice - the photo shoot went well and I was sent a few of the photos today, have a look if you want to see where all your good advice went! (I use too many exclamation marks...) I'll put the rest up when I get them.

Glad the shoot went well- I was a bit late with my tips but oh well, guess they are there for future reference.

You're so right! Is it bad that I think he's a bit hot? The gaydar should tell me this one's not on the menu, but there's just something about him...

So refreshing to hear someone 'liking' Miss J instead of Nigel Barker and Jay Manuel.....though how cool would it be to have a photoshoot directed, taken and inspired by all three (goes off to daydream being hung upside down from a crane in a fishing net dressed as a mermaid...hey I can dream!)

Oh my God, don't say that.... ME TOO!!! I have a long standing affiliation with The Little Mermaid (fairy tale and disney film) and that's why I'm 'de la Mer'. And I'm debuting my mermaid piece at The Slippery Belle on the 17th of October!! I think I'm actually a mermaid. Seriously. Although the complications of a sexual fantasy of being a straight mermaid and having a crush on the gay artistic director would probably blow even the most open minded of ...erm... minds!

AAarrrghh, Jay Manuel!! That's who I think is a bit attractive, wrong Jay!! My boyfriend just asked me to show him who J Alexander is on the internet and as soon as it came up I realised what I'd said! Ha ha, I'm not THAT strange
