Burlesque Fan Dance
WITH LILY WHITE AGE 18+

As one of burlesque’s créme-de-la-créme, Lily White
has been teasing and tantalising audiences since 1999,
and is the producer of Edinburgh’s premier burlesque
show, Burlescapades! Inspired by burlesque legends
such as Sally Rand and Lily St Cyr, this workshop will
take you from an introduction to dancing with fans to the
creation of a full routine, including choreography, hand
position, fan control, and the art of concealing and
revealing. Fans supplied.

Aww I can't believe I didn't hear about this sooner, I 'd love to take part. Is the second class full yet cause I can't see any details about that one on the website, think I'll chance my luck and give em a wee phone in the morning *fingers crossed*

Just wanted to say a huge thanks to Lily White for today's class, I had a lot of fun and I may not have been the best in the class but it feels so good to know that I know alot more about the hard work that goes into a fan routine. I'm definetly going out to get myself a wee set of practice fans so I can practice, practice and practice some more. You've really gave me a passion for it, even although I have absolutely no plans to do it for an audience
