What about doing (and if this has been done before I wouldn't be surprised) a dowdy mouse of a librarian, wheeling onto the stage some sort of book cart to Bjork's It's So Quiet, so you start off telling audience to sssh sssh, stamping a few books, but then letting rip, stripping down to a very unexpected (yeah tho) sexy sparkly little number...but feeling a little shy and modest in the inbetween bits?
Sorry this is a bit piecemeal, I keep having to pop out and collect kids off school buses....erm, my kids that is, I don't steal other peoples....

That's really cool I will have to think of something like that now - since you've put it on here, half the world will see it and go "ooh, that'd be a good idea!"
lol - you have a lot of good ideas! I'm a bit jealous!

don't worry, I'm having great fun working on two routines of my own, if anyone wants that idea I won't patent it and would love to see how it turned out on a stage
I wouldn't be too jealous, my counsellor thinks I have one of the most tangential brains he's ever seen - it's fabulous for thinking up wacky ideas but hellish when you're trying to do the supermarket shopp.........ooh shiny thing.....

Lol, I'm the same - my boyfriend knows exactly how to cheer me up - he brings me anything with sequins or sparkles on
I might use that one then for the librarian routine - it's an absolutely awesome idea

Not yet - have to change the format of the video file first. Yeh, hers was great when I watched it, it was just a shock initially! I think I'll put it up anyway - that damned TV took so long to make I want people to see it,
xx
Wait - this might work: http://s76. photobucket. com/albums/j20/jimsin101/?action=view¤t=maladyring. flv

Oh, I love that piece of music, one of my favourite classical pieces!
Good suggestion for a watery themed dance too, I was trying to think up a routine to that not long ago
for a piece that is quiet then builds into a strut, 'Lazy' by Marilyn Monroe could work depending on the routine.
