There's definately classes in Leeds run by Bella Besame (have a look on The Burlesque Womens Institute) and there's a basic 3 week course running in Hull at Dance Dynamic - Dance Studio

Does anyone know of any closer to Lincolnshire/Leics? I can't easily get to Leeds or anywhere else.

Not for a total beginner as I have been learning at home.

I run Burlesque dance classes in Hull for both beginner and the more advanced. My next 3 week complete beginners course is held on Sunday June 29th, July 6th and 13th at 4.00 - 5.30pm and also on Friday July 18th,25th and Aug 1st from 7.00pm - 8.30pm. And they're fantastic (see told you I was on here!). Totally enjoyable and extremely friendly and well-run, I'd go every day if I could afford it! We're also holding a showcase night in association with the studio in September for everyone who's attended classes and fancies showing people their routines.

I'm determined to come to your can-can classes at some point!
