What exactly do you mean by twirling? Do you mean a pretty move where your fans move in a circular motion? I've not heard the phrase 'fan twirling' before >_<
It's basically a case of practise. Get your fans out and just try different moves and see what happens. If you mean what I think you do by twirling, then it's all in the wrist. Just basically turn your hand over and back again in a sort of figure-of-eight motion and your fans will make a pretty flowing turny motion. Just improvise for a bit, see what you can come up with, and build on the basic moves you discover that way. It'll probably take a fair few hours of solid work, especially to choreograph a routine at this short notice, but if you keep calm and just work it should be fine (trust me, the calm thing is important, I generally throw a tantrum at least three times when choreographing a new routine!)
