Oh God! I remember the first pair of pasties I got were from a cheep sex shop, they were 'one size' and covered almost my entire breast!

Haha! Most pastie makers do use size charts though as all girlies are different. I always end up getting the 'medium' size at (what seems to me a quite large) two-and-a-half inch diameter. Considering I'm not exactly blessed in the breast department I always worry the pasties will look silly because they take up most of the room on each boob, but they always look fine in the pictures I've seen!

I wouldn't buy 'one size' from a sex shop or high street shop because their sizes are so odd! Ann Summers diamante heart ones would have covered my entire boob, whereas La Senza do mini sparkly hearts that would expose too much for my liking ... You're best off with DIY or going to a dedicated pastie maker who knows how we all vary, I reckon ^_^

My friend and i are working on an alice in wonderland themed double act. we have no notable experience with anything but my friend is in the middle of a costume course, i've done a bit of amature costume before, we've both done bits of dance before and we have tallented musical boyfriends...so we're doing it anyway and if noone wants to put it on then we're just gunna invite our friends round and do it in our living room. Its an experiment of sorts i guess. We've been researching and putting bits in backs of cupboards for over a year and a half now so we finally decided to go out and do something about it.

My friend got the hearts ones from anne summers. They look good on her but im worried they dont look special enough. I'm sure if we make our own then they wont look like "them ones from anne summers" at least.

I make all my own pasties, and the pasties for my troupe, the first pair i made were for my first performance and there cupcake ones! there so cute im so very proud of them!!!!

I also make my own pasties and tassles. If you want something to go with a specific costume, then designing them yourself is great. I love the idea of latex.... well, I love latex in general! Fabulous stuff. For making my pasties I use a leatherette backing and attach with common boob tape. I haven't lost one yet, and am keeping my fingers crossed!

im a big fan of tape in all its many forms!

I never thought of leatherette backing. I just started making pasties and I used felt. they look horrible and they don't stay on very good.

the anne summers ones were horrible! propper huge- they would have coverd almost all my boob as well!
i made some the other day- good for a first try i think


i have an *amazing* idea for my next ones. ill post them when i get them done. im so exited
