Need to vent some spleen about "real" life then I'll feel better

I hate BT! I have been phoning them for on average 25 minutes a day trying to get a new line with international calling options set up and they do not answer their phone. When they do, they have to transfer you and you wait another hour with no answer! It's hopeless and because BT have a monopoly on new connections I can't even switch provider! They are frigging useless!

Can I say fuck here? Fucking fucking useless!

I feel much better after a rant in Swedish. Thank you.

my other half spent the best part of a month trying to sort out our switch over to BT. Finally they sent an engineer out who discovered that someone had cut through my phone cables.

BT are utterly useless. It doesn't help that the majority of their call center staff are in India so you have to get past the accent barrier as well as the usual poor training and constant redirection and buck passing.

Word up dude! My broadband has been down for 3 of the last four days and the call centre staff keep trying to get me to retest my equipment each time I phone, despite the fact that they have already acknowledged that the fault is at the local exchange!
