Feedback on pic please
The girl who helps me build my blog is putting this up as a header, does it look okay to you?
I kinda think it does, but maybe I'm just a desillusionated narcissist, so I thought it best to ask someone who isn't me ^^

Smile...

Is that an imperative? In that case my defence is that I did smile my very best the whole photoshoot, but the photographer just told me to relax my face and NOT smile even though smiling on those kind of photos is kind of my trademark ^^

It's not imperative but smiles - so long as they aren't forced OTT ones - always add a sparkle
At least in my inexpert oppinion!

No, by my question I meant "Did you mean that you think I should have smiled in the pic?"
I very much agree with you, and I never have to force any smiles, I just am myself and smile. But in this pic, I couldn't do alot about it, and I indeed can't do anything about it NOW, so I'm just wondering how the pic looks as it is...

As a pic it's OK and your a very pretty lady - but (you knew there was gonna be a but) I find it a bit flat and expressionless which for me makes it a bit too bland. However this is just my personal opinion and my taste has always been questionable!

The reason why I ask is because that is some of my own thoughts, it's just that I gotta deal with having this photo for a while... Bland has to be okay, it's at least better than hideous or ridiculous ^^
And thanks btw!

(I think the same of my profile pic, but I keep it because it's ok. I'm very annoyed that the photographer wanted to shoot the first half with natural lips, because I wanted to have them red as I have every day... And that she kept asking me NOT to smile... But they call that professional in some places ^^)

I guess it depends on what you want your website to say about you. What image do you want to portray? What 'service' will you be offering?

Nothing, it's just a blog. I'm even a little hesitant on why she's using that kind of pic of me, but she's decided on a theme, and I'm just thankful for her help whatever it turns out, because everything is better than the template I'm using right now.
