Hello one and all,
I've just arrived and I have Fiancee who's shown an interest in things Burlesque. Being a such a caring Fiance I've like to suprise her with a night out to introduce us to the fun that can be had.
We're based in the west Midlands but cant make the 29th November, is there any other nigts planned in Dec? next year?
any tips or recommendations to be offered, I'd be grateful for your input

Welcome to the site and well done on being such a lovely fiance! I can't think of any events off-hand, but do check the events and calander sections of the site and I'm sure you'll find something. We have quite a lot of members from the midlands and it seems like there's always something exciting happening. It sometomes makes me almost wish I weren't a Londoner!

And with all the stuff going on in London I sometimes wish I wasn'tin the Midlands.

SPiT LiKE THiS Album Launch featuring The Silk Stocking Striptease Show. Lots of live rock music with a healthy dose of magic, comedy and burlesque - this Saturday 8pm till 11pm, The Asylum, Birmingham. FREE ENTRY.

Dr. Sketchy's Birmingham - Saturday the 15th November from 4pm till 7pm, bring a sketcching pad. The Island Bar, Birmingham City Centre.

The Cherry Pop Peep Show - Upstairs at The Cross, Moseley, Birmingham. Next show is Valentines Day 2009.

For a good event outside Birmingham you could always try Scarlet Fever Presents Stoke on Trent Burlesque, however they are sold out for their December show and the next one is February 2009.
