'BEATITUDE' presents....'BURLESQUE'
Over the past 8-months, ‘BEATITUDE’ has been creating a scene in Derby that has not been seen since the days of Progress and entices its [clubbing] followers to continually return each month by hosting an array of extravagant themes.
Derby’s newest social establishment T5 is the home to ‘BEATITUDE’ and with its £1/2 million investment has turned a once known cheese pot into a modest, self-effacing yet estique venue, thus creating the space and environment for an all night adventure.
Currently hosted on the second Friday of each month [from December 2007, this will be the last Friday of the month - starting with Friday 28th December] by local seeded DJ/Producers Mickey Prince Vs Lo-Pal Vs Alan James.
They have found their niche by playing all things DiRtY, be it; Electro, Funk, Minimal Techno or Tech House and are proud by the fact that this is the only night on a regular basis within this newly converted city > Derby to do so.
The evenings commence with a procession around the City Centre of 20 Sultry show girl/boy dancers who dress in the relevant theme of the month and then continue this party into the event until 4am and create frivolous fun & absinthe twisted minds by using their Cheerleading experiences on the ever growing and diverse crowd.
More crazy, passionate & ardent events are already planned into the Beatitude diary for the coming months.
NEXT EVENT: FRIDAY 9TH NOVEMBER 2007
Entrance:
# Free with flyer before 11pm / £3 with flyer after 11pm
# Free B4 Midnight if you are dressed in Burlesque
# Otherwise £5 all night.WARNINGWarning: This is an Old Thread
