Hi there!
Me and my friend went to a Burlesque workshop on the weekend which was held by Black Cherry Burlesque . It was at the St Ives Arts Club and because it was so popular another one is being held next week (£15 for 3 hour workshop) at the same venue.
Look out for Black Cherry's Facebook page as they are hoping to get one up soon so they can advertise other Burlesque events/workshops in the area...
Hope this helps!x

Dr Sketchy's Falmouth- burlesque/cabaret life-drawing frolics!
Hey,
I run Dr Sketchy's Falmouth, a new branch of the worldwide phenomenon which is a decadent cocktail of cabaret and life-drawing.
Hosted by Fondant Fancy of The Great Cake Escape, the opening night is on Tues 29 June and there will be performances and poses from international burlesque star Cherry Shakewell and local burlesque beauty Miss Scarlet Rose.
There’s no need to be able to draw- it’s for anyone who fancies a bit of fun, a bit of a scribble and the chance to set eyes on dazzlingly eclectic burlesque and cabaret performances.
This is a monthly event so we’ll be dazzling you throughout the year with...
burlesque beauties, the pretty and the peculiar, sequins, lace, roller skates, polyester, latex, frills, chanteuses, dandies, curves, harlequins, highwaymen, a cornucopia of delights and an unashamed adoration of alliteration.
Tickets £5 from Two Little Birds, 6 Webber St, Falmouth. Limited availability. Over 18s only.
