I Got really thin hair and I need some suggestion how to create thicker hair. Like false hair ore extensions?

Any god tips on how to thicken my hair and how will i best work with it to do great hair styles?

clip in hair extentions work for me. I don't mean the ones that are like a few strands to add coloured streaks, these are strips of hair with several clips that go right around your head under your natural hair, I ususually do 2 or 3 layers. You can get them ready made or buy a weave and sew the clips on yourself. I find this is a great way to change my hair without the expense of going to a hair salon. Then you just unclip them at the end of the night.Its also a good way to add different colour flashes to your hair.

I have quite thin hair and when I want to do rolls and things with it I find slightly backcombing the underneath of the section helps to make it look a lot better! xxx

I have thin hair as well and wear all sorts of fake hair.
Snap in extensions are easy to get hold of (ebay!) also clip on ponytail extensions are fairly cheap on there and look decent. Full on wigs are also good sometimes (see avatar) - I cut the fringes off mine and wear them half way back on the head (seam covered with a ribbon headband) and people seem to be fooled...or pretending, and calling me wiggy behind my back
