Be careful December, I hope you have a bit more financial restraint than I did when I was a student. I got myself into a lot of debt with my overdraft, credit card & student loan. I totally ran out of money and my parents had to support me! I'm still paying back my student loan now and I left uni 8 years ago.

I don't mean to lecture but don't make the same mistake I did, I've never been good with money though.

I graduated three years ago - if I even start paying back my loan in five years it'll be a bloody achievement! Mind you, I was extremely restrained and had the minimum loan deal and no overdraft or credit, so my debt is teeny compared to most people's I know ...

I'm ok. I don't have an overdraft. I made sure of that. I don't have a chip and pin card either, just a cash card (A lot of people don't even realise they exist!). I can also only take out £50 a day via cash point. Though I can get more by going into the bank.

I'm generally not too bad with money, I just like to make sure. I'm also very good at surviving when I don't have money.

So all I have to pay off is my student loan (plus an extra year for the 3 months I did before deciding to leave and start again the year after) and maintenance loan. They're doing that pay back a little each month depending on your salary thing so it will be ok. It's all good

my student debt is something I'm not sure will ever be paid back...... Got the letter with the new amount left and went into minor panic followed by major denial. Although , at least it's only the main loan and my overdrafts etc are paid off.

Am hoping my fans arrive soon - can't wait to play with them :-)

i've posted this before but my jammy jammy performing pal went to pay the final installment of her student loan off last christmas only to be told it had been written off because she lives for half the year in oz...

so she had £1200 extra for christmas she wasnt expecting...

I just got given some money from my Auntie
Got to buy a new fridge freezer and washer dryer
But should still have enough to go shopping!

Got my eye on a red wiggle skirt, I quite fancy.
But in desperate need of a new black pencil skirt and some heels!
Just know im gonna go too far and buy too much.
Ive got a huge wishlist.

I'm awful with shopping. I go out to buy something and come back with loads of different things.

I got sidetracked by Asda's toy section today. I was looking for some form of water thing, suddenly felt the need for a water fight Couldn't find any though

Just got back from TKmaxx...... I shouldn't go there. I find it far too easy to find things.

£100 poorer now.......Although seeing as it was work clothes and a new overnight bag (my last one finally couldn't take anymore and lost it's handle last weekend) It doesn't seem too bad.....
