I'd prefer the city centre in a way because I'm not driving, and it's difficult for me to get around really... xx

How about Thursday evening?
Ideally, I would rather not have to park up in the centre of town... any other suggestions?

Crystal Wishes - Craft sessions
Hiya,
Sorry to butt in, I'm in the Black Country too, very close to Kingswinford. I adore creating, I've got a crystal embellishment business, making bespoke accessories for fetish and weddings.
I'm also a qualified trainer.
If I can be of any assistance, let me know. I'm on a mission to sparkle up the Midlands!

h'okay.
If we're settled on a birmingham venue for an initial meet-up can I suggest somewhere on the Hagley Road (and I'm in no way biased. Honest.) I've read the last few posts and it's 1) close enough to the town centre that it's an easy and frequent a bus ride for we non-drivers 2) far enough away from the town centre that parking is not an issue, and 3) somewhere real easy to find for those that are travelling and may not know the intricacies of the Birmingham suburbs.
I suppose for any point in the future we can deviate from that, but it just seems a straightforward way to start. Id stick an oar in and say 'The Garden House' because it's quite nice, with parking and near a big landmark (opposite the Strathallan Hotel).
Thursday would be great for a chat, but I may have to sit and do my nails (for a big probably dull do on friday night.)
Just a thought, like.

Sadly I can't do Thursday night, I can however do Wednesday if possible. Sorry to cause any issues.
The Hagly road sounds like a good idea to me, I was going to suggest the Custard factory, I think theres some parking around there.
We'll be set when we come to a decision lol.
Who drives? Who doesn't, those who don't how well do you know Birmingham City Centre?

Hi
I drive and am ok getting to the Hagley Road.
The Garden House sounds like a good place to meet....its informal and usually has plenty of room.
Any day of the week is usually fine with me apart from Mondays or Tuesdays... and of course as long as a I dont have an evening photo shoot.

Mondays are not to brill for me either, Wednesdays are probably best, actually.
I'm not a driver but have a motorcycle, but that's equipment and weather dependent. Not usually to much bovver though. However if we're meeting in a pub initially I'll probably take public transport.
Otherwise I'm about 2 1/2 miles from the city centre and know town really rather well. If elsewhere, I have a very comprehensive A-Z.
