Hi hon. The bad news is that there isn't anything that will get rid of them except for time. But there are things that will help. The best thing to do is go to a dermatologist. But if you are on a budget:
Bio oil should be fine. If however you are worried about it, use a cotton bud to apply it to the spot instead of all over, or mix with a moisturiser/spot treatment.
The Garlic mask from lush if you can stand it is amazing and I can not recommend it enough (you don't notice the smell as much once it's on).
You can speed up the process by using a Chemical peel

You can get home kits but it is better to go to a pro (who 1) know what they are doing and 2) can use different strengths ). If you do use one then make sure you use stronger then normal SPF.
