Yay thanks to Fleur telling me how I have almost finished my first home made garter!
Its super ruffly as I used a whole 1.5 meters of ribon on it (crazy I know).
I also ordered one from Mia von mink which is lovley.
I shall post a pic of my home made one when I am finished. Just needed a break as I have hand stitched it all and my eyes have gone all fuzzy hehe. Just a lil more work though, putting a thin layer of white ribbon around the middle...must...keep....stitching...

This young lady makes costumne assessories in the likes of spats, cinchers and gloves. I discussed with her that she can make frilly panties and custom made garters.
