i have booked a ticket to go to the bizarre ball in oct and need to get an outfit, i have no idea where to start, i live in northampton and have a modest but not tight budget, any help on where to look ot what to look for would be a massive help thanks

can you sew?? if on a low budget making it your self can be the way to go, or have a look in some second hand shops, my fav dress was a charity shop find.
