To save me the hassle of ebay and other such nasties who steal all your money in fees, I thought I would see if anyone on here wants these?

I have for sale:

3 pairs of Leg Avenue plus-size sheer black seamed stockings £3.50 per pair
3 pairs of Leg Avenue lace-up socks, as shown in the picture £2.50 per pair

I dont have a pic of the stockings at the mo, but I'm working on it... they are really great, good value stockings. I believe the same ones that Leyla Rose modelled a while back.

the socks are really pretty, great for girly lolita outfits/ routines, or if you wear socks on a daily basis, and just want to feel a bit more glam. Who cares if no-one else can see them? You know they are there!

All of these are brand new in their packets.

Do you know off the top of your head what sizes Leg Avenue call plus-size? Is it real plus-sizes or just size 16 (which I happen to call 'average' but then I am a 20)

Don't worry if you don't know I'll check out their website. But I'm interested in the stockings - that's a very good price.

Just had a look at Leg Avenue uk website sizing charts. It says they do hosiery in two sizes:

One Size - Up to 5'5" - Up to 9 stone

Plus Size - 5'5" up wards - Over 9 stone

So I suspect they be great for a size 14-16 and possibly even an 18 they're not for me Sorry

I think a lot of it depends on the size of your thighs. I know some people size 18 to 20 people that would fit them, and others who wouldnt. Also depends on the squidginess of said thighs- the stockings have plenty of stretch, but on softer thighs, there might be some bulge... (sorry to be so frank, but these things need to be considered!)

As an estimate, my thighs (I cant believe I'm admitting this.. the things I'll do to sell a few pairs of stockings!) are 25 inches around, and a size 18. I like to wear my stockings high, on the widest part of the thigh, and these stockings are a little bit bulgy on me. However, if you wanted to wear stockings a bit lower, especially with long pretty suspenders to show off, then they should be ok. Also, if you are shorter, you can get away with being slightly bigger, as they dont seem to like to stretch too much both ways... I hope that makes sense and is helpful to people!

so sorry I can't help you out with buying these stockings - but the above has to be the quote of the year for me I am at this very moment thinking of inventing and patenting a thigh squidginess calculator and a thigh wobble calibrator

in solidarity for your admission - just measured my thigh and realised that it's probably the same size as a considerable number of ladies on this forum's waist size......

Yup I think the world is seriously missing out on a Squidge-o-meter!

There would have to be some really complicated mathematical equation though... and dont even get me started on the wobble! Well, starting it isnt the problem... stopping, on the other hand...No wonder I cant unleash my Shimmy on the world! That could be measured on the Richter scale!

Right, I shall be popping these on ebay at the weekend if no-one is interested!

I would reduce the price to £10 for the three pairs of stockings, including p&p (in the UK) if that would tempt anyone!
