Does anyone know who makes those gorgeous little rouched covers for the suspenders attached to costume corsets? I love them!

I've started doing those. I love the look of them. I just take a piece of material that is longer than the suspender elastic, fold it in half and sew the other side close, just wide enough for the suspender elastic. I turn my piece inside out; if it's a long piece, I use a chopstick to push it through. Then I thread the elastic, raunching the material as I go along. It takes a bit of practice

I hope my explanation helped. My problem is I can't find those metal adjuster clips without buying ones that come with the detachable suspenders.
