Every since a hairdresser lifted up a lock of my hair with his fore finger and thumb, sighed and said "I think I can do something with it" I've been afraid and nervous of hairdressers!
Can anyone recommend a good hairdresser in the Birmingham area who doesn't cost the earth and will cut my fringe the way I want it?!

I know theres a lady who cuts hair in one of the salons in The Mailbox is dead good. Her name is Lucy but its a fair bit of money.
