MY OLD DUTCH Bettie bangs
Hello Girls you may want to know a easy way to cut bettie bangs ive been doing mine for what seems like forever they get shorter and shorter every year, i love them PLEASE ONLY ATTEMT THIS IF YOU HAVE A REASONABLE GOOD EYE AND STEADY HAND)
the simplest way is pull your hair back in a tight ponytail or a head band leave the fringe/bang out then wet and comb straight then blow dry fringe/bang i without styling then comb again let it fall natural
(if very long cut off up to eyebrow level ) ok either you (or somone else can help)
slightly tilt head so fringe falls in to place then start cutting at the temple and work towards your nose comming down at an angle ,curve round as you go and up the other side to the temple again
(you are looking for a slight horse shoe shape (the reason you dont go straight across is that when it drys you will have long hair either side ) only do one horse shoe shape at a time if its not short enough start the whole thing again at the begining . when it looks good to you but a bit longer that you want finished results (remember it goes up when blow dryed )
the next step is blow dry with rounded brush roll right up high at the sides at an angle , then brush give head a little shake so hair settles in place and then hairspray , after spray (before it drys) push hair in to perfect shape . WELL GIRLS I HOPE THIS HELPS THOSE OF YOU WHO WANT TO CUT YOUR OWN BETTIE BANGS remember cut little and offten to keep it in good shape
I WILL TRY TO UPLOAD THE LATEST TRIM IVE JUST DONE IN MY PICTURES SOON ON THIS SITE
