Busty Gals - anyone tried this...?
I have ordered a fantastic Vivien of Holloway dress to wear on Christmas eve but it's a halterneck. I love the way halters look but having enough boob to sink a battleship I find that I get a massive pain in the neck after a couple of hours wearing a halter bra.
I have seen these [ame=http://www.amazon.co.uk/Faveo-Womens-Perk-Ups-Pair-supplied/dp/B002C1AXQQ]Faveo Womens D+ Perk-Ups (1 Pair supplied): Amazon.co.uk: Clothing[/ame] being sold in Eternal Spirits in Nottingham (and online) and I just wondered - has anyone else tried them?
The reviews on Amazon (except the negative one) seem very slick - almost like advertising speak - which makes me wonder if they are from real customers. But on the other hand Eternal Spirits are selling them and they are definately a name I would trust.
So... any of you busty gals out there tried these out? If they work it would be exactly what I need but it's a lot of money to pay if they don't!WARNINGWarning: This is an Old Thread

How the jezi crisi do they work! I get a bad nexk when wearing halters too and my boobies is not nearly so ample as yours... strapless bras are also the most useless thing known to man or beast!

I'm with Cherryfox - I have no idea what they'd do or how!! They go right up to an H cup though so they would have to be pretty well structured to hold the sheer weight of large boobies!
However, if you find wearing a halterneck bra gives you neck pain, that suggests that your boobs are being supported by your strap(s)... It's the band around your back that should be taking most of the weight so make sure you're wearing the correct size.
I always used to find I couldn't wear strapless/halter bras for that very reason - they didn't seem to work. But now I know I was wearing far too big a back size (and too small a cup size). Strapless bras in anything near my real size have only recently been invented (!) and I have a couple which do the job quite nicely, must to my astonishment! And as a 36HH, I have a lot of bosom to hold up!

They do look pretty ghoulish!
Khandie - I think I will pop into Bravissimo and see what they can suggest. I have never bought anything from there but their window displays show that they have some lovely things!

Well I have big boobs (36DD) and I've never had too much trouble with a plain ol' strapless bra. As long as you pay out for a good one (and it might be worth trying a number-size smaller and a letter-size higher, as this will stay up better) it should be fine under a halterneck!

32HH so i know the pain of halterneck/ strapless bras!
I wore my VoH halter neck dresses without a bra and they were fine and some how the boobs stayed up (yes they are real not enhanced so i'm amazed they stayed up too!!!)
Bravissimo do some lovely things and they'll fit you properly too, take the dress with you and they'll find you a bra that fits well. You never know how strong you are until being strong is the only choice you have.

I'm the same Philippa, i am a 32e and never wear bra's with my VoH dresses and surprisingly the boobies look remarkably perky

It is the only time i can go bra-less (when clothed) which is quite a sense of freedom!

Bravissimo are fantastic.
Everyone in my opinion should go there and have a bra measurement - its amazing...you think you are one size when actually you are another.
I have recently been measured and purchased some gorgeous balcony bras....they are a fab fit.
