At our last show we had Sinthia Darling, all the way from France via a photoshoot in the South of England - this time we have Amethyst flying in from Ireland. I feel very privilaged to have you guys coming from across the sea. I never expected to get people from outside the Midlands!

We've only done three shows and two mini-shows. we've been running since April 2008 and we already have a good reputation. Wow!

Luckily for our talent we have a strict policy of looking after them as best we can. I wouldn't ever dream of really whipping them all... unless they demnded it in their rider.

I shall be working the door all night, please feel free to say hello. Angel and the rest of the talent will be busy, however once the show ends we generally hang around and chat with our audience before moving upstairs to the main bar for yet more mingling. Any feedback on the show will be warmly received by Angel and I.

The Flapper is a little tricky to find because it is down a back road and hidden out of sight, please give yourselves plenty of time to find us and make good use of the map in this thread/on our websites. Alternatively get a taxi from Birmingham New Street train station. We do have very limited seating, and you will need to be early if you want a seat. To make it fair I ask the guest list to leave the room and queue outside for a seat about 5-10 minutes before the dors open, if you are queuing before them then you will get first choice of a seat.

I've been thinking - this thread and other cmments we have received makes me feel very happy about our Burlesque show; large parts of the credit for our critical success has to go to the performers and backstage crew who have been a part of the past shows - take a bow people.
