As well as the four shows mentioned, I have heard of a possible 5th show, but nothing has been confirmed yet!

Aw, I'm really looking forward to coming down. I knew about Candybox of course and have seen stuff about Cherry Pop Peep Show but I didn't really know about numbers etc...
I used to go to uni in Birmingham, but there was absolutely no scene then (that I knew of...) I love heading back to catch up with old friends. I think we're going to see how many this Harvey Nicks thing does and then hopefully we can add to what already seems to be a burgeoning Birmingham Burlesque scene!

Update - spoke to the guy who's event it is and there are only 60 tickets left. They only went on sale the other day!
You get a free glass of champagne and canapes on arrival, then the fashion show and the burlesque girlies. Sounds like it's going to be busy. Yay! Come say hello anybody who comes down.x

Been hopeless getting to any shows recently but got Ladies of L'Amour on thursday night and then this the week after and seeing as im no longer off to Germany (damn my hormones) may try and get to Silk Stocking tooo.....

is it bad that i dont want to bring my other half?? Will purchase two tickets and think carefully about it...

haha!He has less money than me! It's more that he's going to have to drive.....and i get his champagne. It is the first time we're going to a show together so could be interesting. He apparently is an admirer of Burlesque. However i get to find out if he's an admirer of burlesque......or just wants to see stunning women removing clothes and perv. If it's the latter we may be having words especially as when i decided i was going to start performing he said he had a problem with other blokes looking at me but apparently he's not like that he appreciates the art.
(sorry hell of a tangent there....)

I'm thinking in honour of this being one of my first few outings since i confirmed my name that the outfit should be blue.....and despite the boys views im wearing my beautiful hat!
