I think the snow hurt us tonight as far as audiences numbers. It was snowing from about 4pm until after the doors opened, and although it wasn't sticking I know that it probably put off some people.

Still, those who came enjoyed the show, unlike myself who was stuck by the door and so saw pretty much bugger all (backs of audience members heads anyone?)

I'd like to thank the Sound Tech of The Flapper who rescued the night when CDs wouldn't play - he grabbed another disc reader and it worked, and the audience wasn't robbed of acts.

And onto the performers - thank you to all of you. Miss Crimson Kiss, Bam Bam Blue, Ruby Buttons, Delilah Dufoe, Darkteaser, Cherry Fox, Heather Sweet, Kitten Kapers and Emerald Ace. All performed profesionally on-stage and off-stage. Also thanks to the compere Dr. When. And another thank you to Nurse When and Bek for being the stage hands - very organised.

Finally thank you to my wife and Co-promoter Angel LaVey (who I bullied into singing at this night). I've spent two months stressing with you over this night, I couldn't do it without you.

The Silk Stocking Striptease Show will be back on the 25th of May. Keep your eyes peeled for the line-up which will be announced shortly once we have confirmed with the talent.

I wanted to come but I couldn't get anyone to come with me

Sorry I didn't make it. My hubby said no and my friend is going on holiday in a few days so needed to save her pennies.
I hope to come to the next one

It was Angel and my pleasure to give you a stage to perform on. I fully undersand the fact that the other Boneshakers and yourself couldn't stay to the end - it's a long journey home from Birmingham.
