The first Kinky and Quirky party- on Saturday 17th November - is gonna be held in the unlikely yet fabulous jewel of the English Riviera - Torquay!
It first gave the world Basil Fawlty but now your favourite salacious duo are dragging the town and it's gentle-folk kicking and screaming to a night of 'Filthy Gorgeous' entertainment - oooh you know you wanna!
The party is being held to raise money for The Snooky Trust - a local charity supporting young people - and promises to be an evening of sleaze, cheese and kitsch featuring a cast of some of the Bay's more eclectic entertainers.
Live Sex Show are gonna bump and grind, The Sit Downs are gonna stomp and wind and The Cereal Killer is gonna blow your mind.
Plus THREE (!!!) fabulous performances by The Sugar Belles Burlesque Troupe (Featuring Miss Mina, Miss Violet Delight and Lady Rouge Kisses).
There are gonna be girls, thrills, tassle twirls, music, art, dancing and maybe a little romancing - ahhh!
The venue is an original 1960's red velvet ballroom which is just beautiful in a sleazy, retro kinda way so the evening promises to be a lot of fun and an antidote to the usual W.K.D fuelled festivities that are on offer.
Dress up, dress vintage glamour, think dandy, think randy, think Andy Pandy! Think rat-pack, think punk, think kinky afro, come as yourself but make a damned effort - please!
The party will be advanced tickets only and these can be bought by contacting us through myspace.com/kinkyandquirky, emailing
quirky@kinkyandquirky.com or contacting Ria on the details above!
Tickets cost only £7.50 - doors open at 7.30pm - last dance at midnight.
