I'm Kat, I live in Sweden but I was born in England.

I've loved vintage fashion och burlesque for some time, and along with some wonderful friends I put together a cabaret for Europride with was hosted in Stockholm this August.

I had no idea what to expect, the ventue was for 200 people and I had told my friends to sit at the front so it didn't feel empty. Well it was packed both times we performed and there was a queue through the lobby and out of the building! We got great reviews in spite of me being so nervous I was shaking and singing on the wrong note. *s*

No we are hungry for more and are putting taking the show to a local theater. We are also performing a fetish club which is having a cabaret theme in October, fetish is another big interest I have and I am really looking foward to spicing up our act.

Basicly I just wanted to say hi, introduce myself and say I am really looking foward to getting to know you and hear any advice you have to offer!

MoB IS addictive and what I have found really lovely is the kindness flowing through this community.

I've compered in the burlesque world for a little while, starting with the HurlyBurlys and also The Peach Tartes in NYC, and the more time I spend meeting people connected with the industry the more inspired and energised I get.

Putting a show together for Christmas with The Kitten Club at The New Players, which promises to be a whole lotta fun! Certainly working in and with the burlesque community is its own reward.
