In terms of tips, try to stay calm and enjoy everything coz by exuding an aura of inner tranquility everyone else will feel better too.
You could try some Rescue Remedy (comes in drop form or pastille form) which contains flower extracts to help soothe and calm frazzled nerves before big events or Kalms tablets if youd prefer tablet form (but sometimes the Kalms can cause drowsiness so beware).
Just remember how hard you've worked and it all pay off
