Well..... what an evening!!!!

I have been the photographer at the Vault this evening in Birmingham for the Harvey Nichols fashion show... with a burlesque show added.

I had the pleasure of chatting and photographing backstage with Roxy Velvet, Miss Kitty Bang Bang and Vicky Butterfly.

The fashion show was great, some awsome new clothes coming out for the new season, gorgeous retro shoes and bags - it only lasted for a short time which allowed more time for the Burlesque performances.

The icing on the cake was the three individual performances from Roxy Velvet, Miss Kitty Bang Bang and Vicky Butterfly.

One word.... stunning.

I hope to have some images ready in the next few days to post on here...dependant upon my workload. A selection of the images taken will feature in my exhibition, especially the pre show getting ready shots.

In addition, I had the pleasure of meeting Cece Blue, I also took a few cheeky shots of her too... she looked amazing.

Well... I'm off to bed now, cant cope with all the complimentary champagne

It really was a fantastic evening!

Such beautiful burlesque! seeing Kitty Bang Bang performing in blocked ballet shoes filled me with amazement!

All three performers were stunning and elegant and it was worth every single penny.
Was a great shame that there wasn't a few more from here there but I'm uncerain that many people knew about it.......Hopefully the Kitty, Vicky and Roxy will come back to Birmingham soon and grace us with further performances....

And it was lovely to meet the very talented people at Tiptop Photography!! Really hope i get to see you on sunday xxx

Money stopped me from going - but the truth is even if I had the cash I've no desire to sit through a fashion show to watch Burlesque. Having said that though, hopefully one of the big Birmingham Burlesque shows will bring all three ladies back to our vicinity at some point and put them on a stage. My dear wife has already sang the praise of Vicky Butterfly to me so I suspect the other two are of a similar professionalism and talent.

Hey guys, just logged in and saw your kind words. It was really lovely to meet you all and I hope that we get the chance to come back to Birmingham and do some more! We're thinking around Christmas time maybe, would be great to meet some more of you.xx

Well hopefully i shall get to see you all at the 3 Graces Burlesque in Liverpool. May be worth posting about that as i found out by accident!

Yep, we're performing at Kingdom. Roadtrip!!!! I haven't been to Liverpool in aaaaaaages. Really looking forward to having a night out up North. Hope to see you again soon petal.x
